Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Should you have any dificulties using the shopping cart, the most common problem being multiple purchases of the same product showing in the cart. Look towards the top of the page, click view basket, you can then tick the box marked remove and then click the button "update" then just start your order again.

Shipping And Handling Delivery is FREE to all UK destinations, a 5 - 7 working day delivery service to Europe can be arranged typically costing £20.00 , please contact us for details of other destination charges, shipping will either be using private Courier service or Royal Mail (depending on the total weight of your order). Returns Policy If a faulty item is delivered or it is not the item ordered, the customer will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be offered. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Order cancellation must be done within 30 days of receiving the goods. If the goods are returned for any reason other that being faulty i.e. not wanted, the return postage will have to be paid by the customer.
